Job duties:
1. Undertake market model and strategy research; plan market positioning and phased marketing target for products, plan product portfolio, product price system and product launching strategy;
2. Organize, formulate and implement marketing development strategy, timely understand domestic and foreign policies on the industry, competitor information and customer information, analyze market development trends and develop reasonable and feasible marketing models (including: sales channel model and sales-investment plan);
3. Develop product planning strategies, including product packages and manuals. Implement brand planning and brand image building;
4. Develop, promote and manage sales network nationwide, establish brand image and achieve annual marketing target.
5. Take charge of product presentation and training: park environment, environmental management, agent presentation and in-house training.
6. Develop and maintain VIP customers: establish a VIP customer network, and maintain brand image and reputation.
7. Research before launching of new products: study market to foresee application prospect of products.
8. External quality assessment: contact original manufacturers and coordinate external quality assessment.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Service requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree and above, background of marketing planning major is preferred.
2. At least 5-year experience in sales industry, rich experience in marketing planning in the industry, better understanding of the development of the field, and rich experience in sales channel management is preferred.

9、负责对运维值班班组暖通设备设施维保工作的情况检查、考核;
10、负责编辑采购暖通设备、工具的技术规格书;
11、负责机房暖通设备设施风险评估并制定和实施技改方案或制定预防性措施;
12、负责现场暖通设备设施突发情况的应急抢修及应急预案制定;
13、负责运维平台上的暖通系统运行监测数据定义和告警信息采集功能梳理;
14、负责制定机房暖通设备设施维护保养年度预算;
15、负责与暖通设备设施客户专业技术对接;
Service requirements:
1、大专及以上学历,制冷专业或机电一体化;
2、3年数据中心运维经验/10年其他相关行业工作经验;
3、熟练掌握制冷技术以及暖通专业知识;
4、熟练掌握机房制冷设备构造与性能,操作、保养内容以及故障的处理方;
5、熟悉机房制冷系统运行以及管理办法;

9、定期组织进行客户满意度调查,针对调查中客户反馈的不足项,督促机房改进,提高客户满意度;
10、妥善处理客户投诉的沟通,针对投诉内容,明确相关责任,组织落实整改,并对客户进行反馈沟通,以满足客户需求;负责品质部内部相关文档的整理、归档及编制工作 。
Service requirements:
1、大学本科(含)以上,管理类专业;
2、3年以上质量管理经验,具有数据中心工作经验优先;
3、熟悉数据中心各项管理制度及工作流程;
4、具备质量管理实践经验,熟悉质量管理流程及监督、检查、控制的方法;
